These terms cover the use of this website and the related services offered by Syed Manauar Ali. “Related services” means mutual fund distribution, investment planning assistance and communication provided by email, phone, SMS or any other electronic medium.
Nature of services & distributor status
Syed Manauar Ali is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-361161) and acts solely as an intermediary. Regular Plans of schemes managed by registered Asset Management Companies (AMCs) are distributed on this site.

Mutual fund risk factors
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) carefully before investing.
Schemes do not assure or guarantee returns. Past performance is not indicative of future performance, and there is no guarantee that the investment objective of any suggested scheme will be achieved. Review exit loads, the Total Expense Ratio (TER) and risk-o-meter ratings applicable at the time of your investment.
Regular vs. direct plans & commission
We deal in Regular Plans only and earn a trailing commission from asset management companies on client investments, disclosed at the time of investment. Direct Plans of every scheme are available at a lower expense ratio; we do not earn any commission on Direct Plans and do not execute them.
Direct Plans are available directly through AMCs or their authorised platforms. We do not earn commission on Direct Plans and do not execute Direct Plan transactions.
Accuracy of data & third-party links
While every effort is made to keep information, calculators and scheme facts updated, no warranty is given on the absolute accuracy, completeness or timeliness of external data feeds, NAV figures or return calculations.
This website may link to third-party portals, including AMC websites, SEBI, AMFI and investment platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for content hosted on those domains.
